  1. Get your yoga on for V Elements Festival on the San Diego Bay. Music, yoga and a lot of fun await you on Saturday.
  2. Exhibits. Closing this weekend: San Diego Silk Guide at Spanish Village Art Center, Masks at Mingei Museum, After Ansel Adams at MOPA (closes today) and Aperture Remix at MOPA (closes today).
  3. Watch some flicks for the San Diego Film Festival all weekend. The 13th year of this cool festival brings lots of great films to San Diego (over 100 in fact!).
  4. Walk along the main drag for the Adams Avenue Street Fair all weekend. Eight stages and 110 bands…love it!
  5. Celebrate the Central Library on Saturday. It’s the Library’s one year anniversary and they’ll have lots going on.
  6. Dance along at the International Harvest Dance Festival in Balboa Park. This weekend event celebrates the season with food, vendors and dance.
  7. Enjoy the beach vibe at the Centennial Festival at Mission Beach. There’ll be plenty of bands, food and actvities to keep you busy all day on Saturday.
  8. Judge some surfers at the Dempsey Holder Ocean Festival and Surf Contest. Or at least watch in awe and enjoy blues, BBQ and activities.
  9. Bring your kitty to the CAToberFest on Saturday. This annual El Cajon October event brings out all the cat ladies and fellows.
  10. Scream! This weekend brings some haunted San Diego openings: The Haunted Trails at Balboa Park, The Haunted Hotel in Downtown and The Scream Zone at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.
