  1. Play the day away with the Padres FanFest on Saturday at Petco Park. Meet Padres players, participate in fun activities, get deals on tickets and a lot more.
  2. Exhibits. Opening this weekend: Real Pirates at San Diego Natural History Museum, Borrego Springs Art Guild Show at Borrego Art Institute, Artist Alliance II Juried Exhibition at Oceanside Museum of Art, OMA Artist Alliance at the OMA/Herb B. Turner Galleries, Coast to Coast at Visions Art Museum, Intersections at Visions Art Museum, Jazz Challenge at Visions Art Museum and Lynn G. Fayman: A Colorful Life at Museum of Photographic Arts.
  3. Celebrate with the 32nd Annual San Diego Chinese New Year Food and Cultural Fair. Happening downtown, this 2-day cultural event features performances, activities, food and more.
  4. Eat some chocolate at the Escondido Chocolate Festival on Saturday. Is it just us or do chocolate tastings beckon everyone?
  5. Get Beatlemania all over again with The Art of John Lennon exhibit this weekend. To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Beatles appearance on the Ed Sullivan show, the Flower Hill Promenade in Del Mar will feature over 120 pieces by the cool cat Lennon. So excited!
  6. Watch some flying cats at The Acro-Cats Show this weekend. The Victory Theatre hosts one of only four cat shows in the US. This is a must for all the cat lovers out there…you know who you are.
  7. Walk around Ray at Night on Saturday. This fun monthly event takes to Ray Street in North Park for art, performances and community.

  10. Pick up some vinyls on Saturday at the Vinyl Junkies Record Swap. The Casbah hosts with food, drinks, music and, of course, shopping opportunities.
