Who doesn’t love trick-or-treating? I’m 25 and I’ve only missed trick-or-treating one year of my life (it’s probably why I’ve been accused of being too old to go door-to-door; if only I’d remember to bring toilet paper…).
San Diego is one of the best cities to trick-or-treat in the US according to Zillow.com so we already have it extremely lucky here in our town. But some neighborhoods are definitely better than others!
Here are the best 5 neighborhoods for trick-or-treating in San Diego according to Zillow:
- Carmel Mountain
- Loma Portal
- Del Mar Heights
- Mission Hills
The criteria include: median home value, walk score, crime rate and population density. Check Zillow for the full article!
We’d like to add a few to the list:
- Eastlake. Safe and nice neighborhoods plus big houses equal a win in our book!
- Downtown Encinitas. Their Safe Trick-or-Treating event with games, activities and treats is a great bet for Halloween night.
- Coronado. Can Coronado really lose in a category like this?
